Unique Uniforms is a custom uniform company and therefore all items are created as per order. We do not carry stock. We do carry several samples of our range and can create custom samples for you before going ahead with your uniform order.
From official P.O. on quote to deliver the turnaround time is six to eight weeks. This period varies depending on various factors such as order quantities, fabric availability, custom design work, etc.
At Unique Uniforms we follow standard sizing and patterns as per Indian customers. For overseas orders, we customize as per requirements. We have in-house pattern masters and cutting team to make market ready patterns as per sizing.
In certain cases, where our sizes does not fit due to mismatch in body patterns, then we take custom fitting at your place to work out proper sizing for your staff. A fitting consultant will visit your place of work with a full-size range of samples. Each staff member will be given the opportunity to try on the styles they will be ordering to make sure they are selecting garments that fit them well.
Every client has their own custom designs. So for every custom product, the first order placed with Unique Uniforms we require a minimum order of 100 pieces per style per design per color. For subsequent orders, there is no minimum.
Pricing of your uniform is determined at the initial order. For some clients, the original price is locked in for all re-orders, even if they are single units. Sometimes there is a surcharge on re-orders and this is dependent on the initial order placed and pricing agreed on between Unique Uniforms and our client.
Your uniform designs are created just for you and will always be available. Remember as a custom uniform company we can create your uniform just for you. If you select fabrics from our stock range, Unique Uniforms, will hold stock and ensure the fabric is available for your re-orders. From time to time we may have fabrics on back order. If this is the case we will communicate this with you.
Absolutely! That’s why we always suggest you go custom. As we make each uniform from scratch we can use the same fabric to create products for men and women.
For men and women, we have two fits – a relaxed and a tailored fit. Both fits are designed with Indian body structure and as such are beautifully tailored to flatter the body and work with various body shapes. For men, shirts can be made in long sleeve, roll-up tab and short sleeve. And for women, they can be made as a long sleeve, roll-up-tab, three quarter and short. In addition to the classic business shirt we can create a whole range of shirts from Chinese collar style, to concealed plackets, and so much more.

We do not include delivery charges in our initial product pricing and that’s always extra. As we are direct manufacturer and to keep transparency in our pricing, we keep our prices very low including only the basic cost. Also, as we serve Pan India, so the freight cost varies from city to city.
We don’t have a stock standard pricelist as all our products are custom. Price is based on the design chosen, fabric and quantity.

Yes, every piece of garment that we supply is manufactured in our factories, from fabric to the finished garment; all processes are completed in our own factories.
